So yeah. Mike hasn’t updated anything and neither have I (Jaybo) in what 2 years?  Damn. We used to be some duning picture taking sand demons..  It’s not like I don’t ride anymore. Hell I’ve got a new .. err well, now a year and a half old Polaris RZR XP 900. In the past year I’ve been to the dunes 4 times.  Life and stuff seem to have interrupted the maintaining and updating of the site. Hell, the only pictures I took were for Facebook posts.. 3 of them I think?  I used to take dozens and dozens of pics on every trip!

Mike has his sand car up for sale as a new job keeps him way too busy and he gets like 1 week of vacation a year.. that means no time for duning for him. He still wants to get something to replace it with like maybe a SxS.

Aerik…  Well the economy has been hard on him and his business so he is just trying to make his house payment let alone go on riding trips.. Family has become a big priority for him as well and we respect that. I still talk to him pretty much every day on IM and its not like he doesn’t want to come down and hit the dunes, but family and most importantly fundage keeps him away.

Where do we go from here?  I’m thinking of perhaps taking down the site, or maybe parts of it that don’t get used, like the forums. Our site needs to be updated very badly and for those that do not know we lost our web diva, Brooke Walton to MS a couple years ago. I need to find someone to help out updating WP and Gallery and such to the curent versions and since so much of it was tweaked by Brooke, I don’t really know where to start ..  We have thousands of pictures so it’s going to be a huge job and not really sure what direction I want to go with it…  If anyone is still reading this shoot me an email with your thoughts .. email is still Jaybo at Sandbros.com
